It started out almost as a dare from fellow Songpull director John Radcliff from West Virginia to do an event centered around a football game. John is a big college football fan and has a blog for AOL's FanHouse and made plans to come to Colorado for the West Virginia vs. Colorado game. We had a good old fashioned pre-game tailgate party with brats, beers and some taunting. We played our songs on the back of a truck in front of the flatirons on a windy night in Boulder. Most of us went to the game too so we got some good footage from inside the stadium including the post game melee on the field (guess who won).
